This wasn’t just a web or a collection. It was an entire digital universe — born from a sketchpad, scaled into Web3. From lore and tokenomics to Framer dev and P2E mechanics, we designed and built the whole damn ecosystem. Ugly, dark, and painfully addictive.
The idea: create a play-to-earn NFT game with real artistic direction and actual mechanics — not a copy-paste pixel project. We were tasked to build it all: the identity, the lore, the game economy, 666 unique characters, the minting site, and the interface. No templates. No outsourced logic. Just raw creativity and full-stack execution.
The Build

Every one of the 666 demons was hand-drawn, layered and generated with a brutal, gritty vibe. This wasn’t generative fluff — this was illustrated lore.
→ Game mechanics & tokenomics
We defined how the token works, when it burns, how it stakes, and what rewards are tied to rarity, gameplay, and strategy.
→ Interface & experience
UX was stripped-down and direct: staking, wallet flow, claim actions, dark mode — everything with a game-first mentality.
→ Framer development
We built the entire front-end in Framer. No boring dev loops, just clean animations, interaction hooks, and Web3 connect.
What Made It Different
We didn’t just ship a mint page. We built lore, identity, token dynamics, game UX and a whole post-mint experience — all in sync. While most drops go live and die, this one had a world baked into every demon, every screen, every click.
The Outcome
A complete NFT ecosystem. A functioning, addictive, demonic little world on-chain.
The community minted all 666 tokens within 24 hours. Staking opened the next day. Users came back — not for the roadmap, but for the experience.
