Shifter is a next-gen NFT trading platform purpose-built for serious traders operating in real-time markets. We delivered the entire experience — from token logic and UI patterns to a custom design system — all tailored for speed, clarity, and conversion. The interface makes high-frequency activity seamless, turning complexity into usable flow.

The mission was to design an NFT platform that could support advanced trading behavior — think bulk transactions, instant floor listings, and wallet integration. We handled it all: product logic, Web3 dynamics, and layered screen design. From dashboard flows to modular cards and trait filters, every function was thought through for an experienced user.
Process
The design process began with research into the NFT trading landscape and existing pain points of similar platforms. Our focus was on translating complex functionality into a seamless user flow — from listing assets and filtering traits to executing bulk purchases with wallet integration.
Every screen was mapped to support high-frequency interactions and real-time market dynamics. UX logic emphasized clarity and low friction, while the UI brought in sharp contrast, custom visuals, and responsive layouts for power users. We designed in dark theme by default, with component structures supporting future light mode parity.
To support long-term growth and consistency, we developed a fully documented design system consisting of modular elements, layout rules, typography tokens, and interaction states.
